Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal (known as “Crown of the Palace”) is situated on southern bank of the river Yamuna in Agra city of India. It is an Ivory-White Marble Mausoleum ordered in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Construction of this Palace was completed in 1653. The Taj Mahal is visted by around 7-8 million peoples in a year (in 2007). It is surrounded by garden , sunken flower beds and linear reflecting pool. The Great Wall Of China is an ancient wall, more than 13,000 miles in length, located in northern China. It was originally designed by Emperor Qin Shi Huang in the third century B.C. It is made of cement, rocks, bricks and powered dirt. Its construction starts from Hushan, Lianoning in the east and ends at Jiayuguan Pass, Gansu in the west which was completed in 1878 and its main motive is to protect the north empire of China from enemy attacks.
Christ the Redeemer Statue
Christ the Redeem is a statue Jesus Christ situated in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. It was designed by Paul Landowski (Polish-French sculptor) and built by Heitor da Silva Costa (Brazillian engineer). The statue is a symbol of Christianity. It is 30 metres high and weigh 635 metric tones. A reinforced concrete and soapstone statue was cost approximately $250,000 and most of the money was collected through donations.

Machu Picchu is located in Cuzco, Peru. It is known as the icon of Inca Civilization. Machu Picchu was constructed in the classical Inca Architectural Style. There are three primary structures of Machu Picchu: The Intihuatana, The Temple of the Sun, and The Room of the Three Windows. It is located at the bow to of the Urubamba River. Machu Picchu is also interpreted as “old mountain”. We can visit this place by foot, train and helicopter.
Chichen Itza
Chichen Itza was designed in 1988 by Maya people, which is located in Tinum Municipality, Yucatan State, Mexico. It is the most visited site of Mexico, in 2017, it was evaluated that around 2.1 million people visit this place. This Maya City is a trading center for cloth,slaves,honey and salt. The main motive of this site was to serve as a religious center for people in the region.

The Roman Colosseum is constructed by Vespasian in between 70 and 72 CE for Titus and located Metropolitan City of Rome, Italy. It was built in Amphitheatre style and made of travertine limestone, tuff (volcanic rock), and brick-faced concrete. It could hold around 50,00 to 80,000 visitors at various points of its history. Even after substantially ruined because of the earthquakes and stone-robbers itis an ideal symbol of Imperial Rome.
Petra
Petra is an historic city in southern-west Jordan. The city is surrounded by mountain and built on the terrace. Petra was constructed as early as 15th century BC and declared as World Heritage Site in 1985. It was evaluated that visitor numbers subsequently increased and break the record, having around 1.1 million tourists in 2019. 10,000 people lived in this city and build these incredible buildings out of sandstone, and then protect them from the rain.
